Mockups and scope
The free mockup is provided before payment and creates no obligation to purchase. The accepted quote or statement of work controls deliverables, price, included content, revisions, hosting or support, and target timing.
Features, integrations, pages, languages, data systems, or other work outside that document require written agreement and may cost extra.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate content, prices, images, brand materials, contact details, approvals, and access needed for the agreed work. The customer is responsible for permission to use supplied material and for checking published content, prices, claims, allergens, business details, and WhatsApp destination numbers.
Payment and delivery
Paid work begins only after the applicable quote is accepted and its payment condition is met. Delivery timing starts after required content, approvals, and cleared payment are received. Targets are estimates where delay is caused by missing information, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control.
KEDAID may pause work where instructions are incomplete, contradictory, unlawful, abusive, or technically unsafe.
Hosting, support, and changes
Hosting, support, revisions, and included content changes are limited to the accepted quote. Third-party hosting, domains, WhatsApp, email, QR tools, and similar services may have their own policies, fees, outages, and account decisions.
Content and ownership
The customer keeps ownership of customer-supplied business content. KEDAID keeps ownership of pre-existing templates, code, processes, and reusable assets. Any transfer or licence of project-specific work is governed by the accepted quote and, unless otherwise agreed, takes effect after amounts due are paid.
KEDAID may use supplied material only as needed to provide the agreed service. A customer’s name, screenshots, or results will not be used publicly as a case study without permission.
No performance guarantee
KEDAID does not guarantee revenue, customer numbers, search rankings, conversion rates, uninterrupted hosting, or that customers will use the menu or WhatsApp flow. Examples and calculators are illustrations, not forecasts. The customer remains responsible for its WhatsApp communications and order fulfilment.
Ending or pausing
Either side may ask to pause or end an uncompleted project by written notice. The parties should confirm completed work, amounts due, handling of customer materials, and any refund. No general refund promise is made by these basic terms; the accepted quote controls.
Material terms to confirm
These basic public terms do not set a final limitation of liability, indemnity, insurance position, governing law, venue, or dispute-resolution process. Those terms should be included in the accepted quote or a fuller customer agreement after attorney review. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions and notices should be sent to hello@kedaid.com.
