Mostly, that depends on you: the biggest factor is how quickly your price list and photos arrive, since KEDAID cannot build against content it does not have yet. Rather than quote an average nobody has measured, we commit to a real date once you approve the mockup, so get your content ready and that date comes sooner.

It depends on the product. The QR price list has no monthly fee, hosting included, and the page stays live either way. Care Basic, the optional support plan for price and item updates, is RM 49 a month if you want it. Booking is the booking form of step 1, and its monthly fee is RM 149, with Care already included.

That is fine. The mockup is a low-risk way to decide whether the product fits your business. There is no invoice if you choose not to proceed.

Your page is published at an address like kedai-yourshop.kedaid.com. That address sits on KEDAID’s own domain, and hosting it costs you nothing, because it runs on Cloudflare Pages, whose free tier covers a page of this size. Two things before you print your QR codes. Your content, prices, photos and branding are yours throughout. The web address is part of KEDAID’s domain, not yours. If you would prefer an address you own outright, that can be set up on your own domain instead. Ask before the QR codes are printed, because changing the address afterwards means reprinting them.

Yes, and it is the same product either way. A cafe gets a menu with dine-in or takeaway. A barbershop gets a service list with walk-in or booked ahead. The words on the page, the categories, and the choice your customer makes are all set per business, so it reads as your trade rather than a food menu with the labels swapped. There is the list of trades it suits further down the home page.

By DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or bank transfer. Once you approve the mockup, KEDAID sends a numbered invoice, and payment is the full amount at that point rather than a deposit or a series of instalments.

You approve the mockup before we invoice you, so the mockup you approved is the agreed scope of the build. If the live page does not match it, we fix it. If we cannot fix it, we refund what you paid in full. Ask us in writing and we will confirm the refund and how it is sent.
