No. KEDAID does not take a per-order percentage. The customer message goes directly to the WhatsApp number you provide.
Your business remains the owner of its menu content, branding, and customer decisions. KEDAID provides the implementation and hosting arrangement described in the product terms.
The target is a live link within 48 hours after mockup approval and after the required menu, contact, and business details are available. Response times can follow the UK timezone.
The menu can remain hosted. Care Basic support after the included period is optional and should be agreed separately. There is no automatic renewal stated here.
That is fine. The mockup is a low-risk way to decide whether the product is useful for your business. There is no invoice if you choose not to proceed.
