Information we may receive
Depending on how you contact us, this may include your name, business name, email address, Instagram username, WhatsApp number, menu and brand materials you choose to send, project messages and approvals, and basic technical information supplied by the host or browser.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or other sensitive information through the website, email, or WhatsApp.
How we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver an agreed service, communicate about scope and timing, provide support, maintain security and business records, and comply with applicable obligations.
The QR price list product does not provide customer accounts, a payment gateway, or a stored order-history dashboard. An end-customer’s order message is sent directly to the business’s chosen WhatsApp destination and is not stored by KEDAID.
The booking product is different, because holding an appointment slot requires storing it. Where a business uses booking, we store the appointment details an end-customer submits: their name, phone number, and the service, day, and time they book. We keep it in a Cloudflare D1 database, the storage layer built for the booking product. That database holds the slot so a double booking cannot happen. The business views its own day's bookings through a private, token-protected page. The business can cancel a booking from that same page. We have not yet set a retention period for booking data; this notice will be updated once one is decided.
Sharing and retention
We may use website hosting, domain, email, file-storage, messaging, and deployment providers. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information in other countries and their own notices may apply.
We keep information only as reasonably needed for an enquiry, project, support, dispute, or legal and accounting record. Our basic target is to review inactive enquiry and project material after 12 months unless a longer period is justified.
Security and your requests
We use reasonable practical safeguards and limit collection, but no internet system is completely secure. Email hello@kedaid.com to ask what information we hold, request correction, or ask for deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and retain some records.
Changes
We may update this notice when the service, providers, or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version.
