Information we may receive
Depending on how you contact us, this may include your name, business name, email address, WhatsApp number, menu and brand materials you choose to send, project messages and approvals, and basic technical information supplied by the host or browser.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or other sensitive information through the website, email, or WhatsApp.
How we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver an agreed P01 service, communicate about scope and timing, provide support, maintain security and business records, and comply with applicable obligations.
The current site does not provide customer accounts, a payment gateway, or a stored order-history dashboard. A customer’s end-user order message is sent directly to the customer’s chosen WhatsApp destination.
Sharing and retention
We may use website hosting, domain, email, file-storage, messaging, and deployment providers. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information in other countries and their own notices may apply.
We keep information only as reasonably needed for an enquiry, project, support, dispute, or legal and accounting record. Our basic target is to review inactive enquiry and project material after 12 months unless a longer period is justified.
Security and your requests
We use reasonable practical safeguards and limit collection, but no internet system is completely secure. Email hello@kedaid.com to ask what information we hold, request correction, or ask for deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and retain some records.
Changes
We may update this notice when the service, providers, or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version.
